Hey there, I'm Dana Jolly.

I’ve always been a nurse. I just had to get licensed to be able to legally practice!

Born and raised in a suburb of Richmond, Virginia, I left home to study nursing at Clemson University 🐾. I gained a solid education and a southern drawl.

I worked clinically for 17 years before I began work as an LNC. My varied clinical background includes oncology, IV therapy, ICU, PACU, administration, and sales.  

My LNC career was not well thought out. In fact, I “fell into” LNC  en route to a fabulous California vacation when my flight was delayed. As usual, I immediately struck up a conversation with the stranger sitting next to me. Turned out, that impulse would start me off on my LNC career. That stranger was a nurse paralegal (another term for LNC) who gave me my first LNC gig!

Lesson 1: Talking to strangers is not always dangerous.;)

Lesson 2: You never know when an opportunity is knocking. You just have to open the door.
